Exporting data to Excel

Where the export button is

Every report and list has an export button — in the top-right corner of the page. Click it to pull the current data into a file. The MyProfit interface is in Russian, so on-screen labels are shown here in quotes.

File format

The file is exported as .xlsx — it opens in both Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.

Which reports can be exported

Export is available in the main sections:

  • sales;
  • stock;
  • lost items;
  • unit economics.

The file mirrors the filters

The export contains exactly what’s shown on screen right now — respecting the selected date range and all filters. So set the filters and date range first, then click export. Want a different slice? Change a filter and export again.

For accountants

The sales export includes order-level detail — handy for reconciliation and for handing off to an accountant.

Upload the other way: cost of goods in bulk

The unit-economics page doesn’t just export data — it also accepts an Excel file, so you can enter the purchase cost for many SKUs at once. See enter purchase cost.
