Billing is per seller
MyProfit charges per seller, not per user. A seller is the legal entity (with an INN) that owns the shops; it is what warehouses, reports, and the subscription are all tied to. It is not an individual person who pays — the seller itself is paid for, and then everyone who can reach that seller works with its data. The MyProfit interface is in Russian, so on-screen labels are shown here in quotes.
So one bill covers all of a seller’s shops and every colleague who can see that seller. If you have several sellers, each is paid for separately.
14 days free
When a seller is first connected to MyProfit, a 14-day free trial starts for it automatically. No card is needed — the trial begins on its own. When it ends, if there is no payment, the seller’s data is locked until paid.
Price
- 250 000 UZS per month.
- 2 500 000 UZS per year.
The yearly price is its own number, not “month × 12”: the saving is the visible gap between the monthly and yearly price.
How to pay today
Payment is currently arranged with the MyProfit team: you agree the deal, make the payment, and it is recorded in the system against your seller. There is no in-app card checkout yet.
A new paid period extends your current access rather than replacing it. If you pay early, nothing is lost: the new term starts from the end of the current one. Only if access has already lapsed does the new period start from today.
When access lapses
If a seller’s payment runs out, its data is locked until paid. To restore access, arrange payment with the MyProfit team — once it is recorded, you work with the seller’s data again.
What’s next
- Multiple shops in one account — why one bill covers all of a seller’s shops.
- Sharing access to a shop — why a paid seller is open to everyone who can see it.
