A map of the sections
To get oriented quickly, here is a short map of the left-hand menu. It has six main sections plus Settings, and a «Другое» (Other) group at the bottom. The MyProfit interface is in Russian, so on-screen labels are shown here in quotes.
- Dashboard («Сводка») — the dashboard with revenue, profit, and sales. Start here: reading the profit dashboard.
- Warehouses («Склады») — everything about stock and the movement of goods. Inside are tabs: Overview («Обзор» — a unified stock view by article, broken down by warehouse and shop — stock by article), Lost («Потерянные» — items lost on Uzum and the compensation for them — how MyProfit finds lost items), Transfers («Перемещения» — adding transfers: PDF, Excel, or manual — add transfers), Catalog («Номенклатура» — internal articles, linking SKUs — articles and supplier names), Invoice names («Наименования в накладных»), Warehouses («Склады»), and History restore («Восстановление истории»).
- Sales («Продажи») — the list of sales.
- Documents («Документы») — documents for the shop.
- Unit economics («Юнит-экономика») — cost, fees, and the target price for each SKU. See what goes into your costs.
- Reports («Отчеты») — analytical reports.
- Settings («Настройки») — account and Uzum API settings.
At the bottom of the menu, the «Другое» (Other) group holds Import from the old cabinet («Выгрузка из старого кабинета»).
How fresh the data is
The data is not real-time: MyProfit syncs with Uzum on a schedule, so the numbers lag the Uzum cabinet by minutes to hours. See how data syncs.
