What it is for
The dashboard and the sales list answer “what is happening with my products”. The summary sheet answers a different question: is the shop making money at all. One row is one period, and everything is already gathered into it.
This is the report you open once a month, not every day. The MyProfit interface is in Russian, so screen labels are given in quotes below: the report is «Отчеты» → «Сводный лист».
What is in the row
The row runs left to right, from revenue down to what is left:
- «Выручка» — what sales brought in over the period.
- «Комиссия» and «Логистический сбор» — what Uzum withheld.
- «Хранение», «Маркетинг», «Прочие расходы» — cabinet expenses for the period.
- «Себестоимость» — a single column, the purchase cost of what was sold.
- «Операционная прибыль» — revenue minus everything above.
Beside them sit ROI and the buyout percentage — computed from the same numbers, showing return rather than amount.
You choose the period
Rows can be collapsed by day, week or month. The period changes only the grouping — the underlying numbers are not computed differently.
A totals row is pinned at the top of the table, covering the entire filtered set rather than the visible page. Additive columns are summed; ROI and the buyout percentage are recomputed from the summed figures — averaging per-period percentages would be wrong.
If you have several shops
Expenses are summed across all your shops. If you need one shop, filter for it and the report rebuilds around it.
A period with expenses but no sales still produces a row. That is not an error: cabinet expenses continue in months without orders.
