Printing FBS labels

Why this exists

Assembling an FBS order takes two different kinds of label, and they come from two different places:

  • The order sticker — made by Uzum. It carries the buyer, the delivery point, the date and a QR code. You cannot produce it yourself; it has to be requested, per order.
  • Product labels — one per unit. Two identical units in an order means two labels: stick one on and the second unit travels unmarked.

In the Uzum cabinet these are two separate buttons in two separate places. MyProfit puts everything in one file: the order sticker, then immediately the product labels for its items, then the next order.

How to print

  1. Open «Документы» → «Печать этикеток FBS» (or the «Печать этикеток» button on the FBS orders card on your dashboard).
  2. Tick the orders you are about to assemble.
  3. Choose the label size — 58×40 mm or 43×25 mm, whichever your thermal printer is loaded with.
  4. Choose the picking order (see below).
  5. Press «Печать этикеток» and download the PDF.

This screen is still shown in Russian; the translation arrives in a later update.

You do not need to confirm the order first: a sticker is issued for an order that has only just arrived. Confirming stays a separate action in the Uzum cabinet.

Picking order: which to choose

Almost every FBS order is a single unit of a single item. Worked through in order of arrival, a hundred orders means a hundred separate walks to the shelves.

  • Group by item (the default) — identical items print consecutively. You take every unit of one item off the shelf at once and distribute them across the orders. This is the fastest way to work.
  • Most urgent first — orders whose acceptance deadline expires soonest come first. Use it when you are worried about running out of time.
  • By delivery note — in shipment order, convenient for checking against the handover.

What is on a product label

  • A QR code in the middle, carrying the item’s barcode.
  • The name on the left — your own name from the nomenclature, not the one Uzum sent.
  • The barcode on the right, with the last four digits larger and bold. This is not decoration: two colours of one model differ only at the end of the barcode, and the tail is exactly what a picker compares.
  • The order number beneath the QR code, plus the unit’s position when the order holds several: 1/3, 2/3, 3/3.

When an order does not make it into the file

An order prints whole or not at all: with no sticker, its product labels are left out too. Otherwise they would follow the previous order’s sticker — the stack would look right while the wrong goods got packed.

Such orders are listed separately, with the reason:

  • ASL Belgisi / IMEI not filled in. For appliances and phones Uzum refuses a sticker until a marking code is set for every unit. Set it in the Uzum cabinet and print again. This is the most common reason.
  • No working Uzum key. The shop is not connected, or its key stopped working — connect it in settings. Such shops are shown before you print, rather than when you are already standing at the printer.
  • Uzum throttled the requests, or the label service is unavailable — try again in a minute.
  • Uzum no longer knows this order — it has gone on the marketplace side; refresh the list.

The «Повторить для этих заказов» button queues only those orders.

One thing to know about stickers

MyProfit does not keep order stickers. A sticker carries the buyer’s name and the delivery point, and the delivery date and point can still change, so a saved sticker eventually becomes stale with nothing on the page to show it. Stickers are requested afresh each time, and are fetched in the background while you are still looking at the list — which is why printing starts immediately.
