Where the export button is
Every report and list has an export button — in the top-right corner of the page. Click it to pull the current data into a file. The MyProfit interface is in Russian, so on-screen labels are shown here in quotes.
File format
The file is exported as .xlsx — it opens in both Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
Which reports can be exported
Export is available in the main sections:
- sales;
- stock;
- lost items;
- unit economics;
- catalog (articles).
The file mirrors the filters
The export contains exactly what’s shown on screen right now — respecting the selected date range and all filters. So set the filters and date range first, then click export. Want a different slice? Change a filter and export again.
For accountants
The sales export includes order-level detail — including the per-line sum («Цена» × «Кол-во») — handy for reconciliation and for handing off to an accountant.
Upload the other way, into MyProfit
Most exports are read-only: you can save the report, but it doesn’t upload back. Two sections accept a file back, in different ways:
- Catalog. In the export dialog, pick the «Для повторного импорта» (“For re-import”) format — it repeats the import’s own layout (article, product name, marketplace SKU). So you can run the whole loop “export → edit in Excel → upload back”; if you change nothing, re-uploading changes nothing. See catalog: linking SKUs.
- Unit economics. The page accepts a file with the purchase cost for many SKUs at once. This is an update-only upload: it changes existing SKUs and reports unmatched ones, but never adds new rows. See enter purchase cost.
