Two questions, not one
The «Оборачиваемость» (Turnover) tab in the «Юнит-экономика» (Unit economics) section answers two different questions:
- What do I buy from my supplier? — the goods are in none of your warehouses, and delivery takes days or weeks.
- What do I send where? — the goods exist, but they are in the wrong place: sitting in your warehouse while the storefront runs dry.
Different questions, different answers, and only the first one costs money. Confuse them and you buy stock you already own. That is why the report keeps them apart: the «Закупить» (Buy) column, and the «Отправить» (Send) line inside a warehouse cell. The MyProfit interface is in Russian, so on-screen labels are shown here in quotes.
Stock is one column per warehouse
The report used to show a single stock figure: the quantity on the marketplace storefront. But your goods sit in several places at once — your own warehouse, a fulfilment partner, in transit, and on the storefront. Only the last one was visible.
Stock is now one column per warehouse of yours, and a report row is an Артикул (article), not a single SKU. One row holds everything you own of that product.
The difference is substantial: for roughly a third of the articles that sold in the last month, the storefront read zero — and most of them were holding goods in another warehouse at that moment. Zero read as “sold out”, so the honest response was to buy what was already sitting in the next room.
«Заказано» and «Ожидается»
An order placed is not an order settled. Some share is cancelled, and that share differs between FBS and FBO. So demand is shown twice:
- «Заказано 30д» (Ordered, 30d) — what customers actually ordered. The honest measure of interest in the product.
- «Ожидается 30д» (Expected, 30d) — how much of that will really reach the customer, adjusted by this article’s own settle rate.
That share is the «% выкупа» (settle rate) column. The arithmetic uses «Ожидается»: planning on «Заказано» over-orders by exactly the cancellation rate, and planning on settled-only history under-orders, because everything currently in flight is ignored. Both columns stay on screen so you can see the gap and judge it yourself.
Orders left unprocessed far past the normal window are excluded from «Ожидается» — they will not settle, and counting them would inflate everything computed downstream.
The «Дней хватит» (Days of cover) column is computed from «Ожидается» too, not from orders placed. It is now filled in for products with no recent sales as well, where it used to be a dash.
Precise and estimated cells
A warehouse cell states either a quantity or a rate — for example «~6,8/дн · надо 204» (about 6.8 a day, 204 needed).
A rate instead of a quantity means the level in that warehouse is not known. That happens when MyProfit sees goods leaving the warehouse but never saw them arrive: its receipts have not been recorded.
This is a property of the warehouse, not a verdict on your work — most sellers see exact marketplace figures next to estimated ones for their own warehouses. The report will not state a quantity it is unsure of: a number with a caveat still reads as a number, and people act on it. The fix is always the same — record the receipts, and the cell becomes exact.
The two settings you enter once
To size the requirement, the report needs two periods. Both are set per warehouse, not per product: the «Товар» (Stock) section → the «Склады» (Warehouses) tab.
- «Срок поставки, дней» (Lead time, days) — how many days a delivery to this warehouse takes.
- «Запас, дней» (Cover, days) — how many days the stock should last.
The report header links to them via «Сроки поставки и запас».
The defaults are cover 30 days, lead time 0 days. Zero means the report assumes the goods arrive today — and so under-orders by exactly your real lead time. Set your own lead time early; until you do, the report states the assumption in a hint rather than substituting a plausible-looking number for it.
The «Пополнение, дней» (Replenishment, days) column is still there, but it is now an exception: the lead time for a single article that has its own supplier. An override of the warehouse setting, not the main way to enter one.
«Закупить»
The «Закупить» column is how much to bring in from your supplier, across the whole catalogue at once. It takes three shapes:
- «0» — known stock covers the horizon. Nothing to buy.
- A single number — every warehouse in the calculation is precise.
- «нужно 192 · известно 134» (192 needed, 134 known) — one warehouse’s level is unknown.
The third one is worth explaining. An unknown level means “no less than nothing”: the goods are either there or they are not, and the system cannot decide that for you. So it does not subtract the unknown — that would tell you to buy what you already have. It states the requirement and the known stock side by side instead, and leaves the subtraction to you, because you know what is in the unrecorded room.
For the same reason, when the visible stock is enough, «Закупить» shows a flat «0» with no caveat: invisible goods could only make the position stronger.
«Отправить»
The second line inside a warehouse cell — for example «→ 40 · доступно 120»:
- «→ 40» — how many units to send to this warehouse.
- «доступно 120» (120 available) — how much the source warehouse holds, the one MyProfit proposes drawing from.
«доступно ?» means the source’s own level is not recorded. The move still makes sense — just check the source with your own eyes.
This moves goods you already own: it costs nothing, so it comes before buying. Close the requirement with a move first, and buy only what is left.
When a product has not sold in a long time
Sales velocity — the «В день» (Per day) column — is measured over the last 30 days. But a product that ran out two months ago is not selling precisely because it ran out, and that is the most valuable row on the page.
So when there were no sales in 30 days, the report measures velocity over 90 days and marks it «по 90д» (over 90d); the «Заказано 90д» column sits alongside. The mark matters: an estimate over 90 days rests on thinner evidence than a fresh one, and that should be visible.
A dash remains where there is genuinely nothing to compute from: the product has never sold. The report will not substitute a category average — you would not be able to tell it apart from a measured one.
The report opens on what needs action
The «Только требующие действий» (Action required only) checkbox is on by default: the list keeps only articles with something to buy or something to send. On real data that is under 2% of a catalogue, which is the point. A planner that opens on tens of thousands of rows is just a table, and the filtering falls back on you.
What follows from that:
- An article with no sales history cannot produce a hint, so it is not in this view — including a newly listed product sitting on fresh stock. Clear the checkbox or find the product by search.
- The checkbox is remembered: the report opens the same way next time.
- The export follows the checkbox, so the exported file matches what was on screen.
«Ничего не требует действий» is an answer
When there is nothing to buy and nothing to move for the selected shops, you get the line «Ничего не требует действий» (Nothing needs action) and a «Показать весь каталог» (Show the whole catalogue) button instead of an empty table.
This is not a failure and not a broken report. On current data most sellers see it on an ordinary day: it means replenishment is settled for today.
Clicking a row explains the row
Clicking a row opens a side panel. For each warehouse it shows:
- how much it holds — or «Скорость продаж» (sales velocity), if the level is unknown;
- «Нужно» (Needed) — that warehouse’s requirement over its horizon;
- «Отправить» and the source warehouse with its «доступно»;
- what the horizon is made of — for example «срок 7 + запас 30» (lead 7 + cover 30) — and where those numbers came from: «из «Пополнение, дней» артикула» (from the article’s replenishment days), «из настроек склада» (from the warehouse settings), or «по умолчанию» (default).
That last one is the point of the panel. If you change a setting and see nothing move, you need to know which setting actually answered.
For a warehouse with an unknown level the panel offers «Внести поставку» (Record a receipt) — that is how the cell becomes exact.
The panel only displays. «Пополнение, дней» is still edited in its own column in the table.
