When you need this
MyProfit detects losses automatically, but sometimes you know about a loss the report hasn’t flagged yet. You can add such a loss by hand — on a dedicated manual-claim page — and it is saved as a refund document alongside the auto-detected ones. The MyProfit interface is in Russian, so any on-screen labels are shown here in quotes.
How to add it
On the lost-items page, click «Заявление вручную» — this opens a manual-claim page. First pick FBO or FBS, then add SKUs via autocomplete, enter the quantity and price (the ↻ button fills in the average price), and optionally a reason. If you leave the reason empty, «утеря» (loss) is inserted automatically in the document.
What’s next
The claim is saved as a document on the refund-documents page, where you can edit it, regenerate it, and later record Uzum’s response — just like for an auto-detected loss. More on the compensation claim export.
