A small gap between MyProfit and your Uzum cabinet is normal. Below are the main reasons the figures may not match. The MyProfit interface is in Russian, so on-screen labels are shown here in quotes.
Different status definitions
MyProfit and Uzum count “a sale” differently. MyProfit treats only items whose payout Uzum has confirmed as realized revenue (the «К выводу» status), while the Uzum cabinet may include other order states in its storefront figures. If the periods and statuses are chosen differently, the totals won’t line up.
Separately: the «Выкуплено» line on the dashboard is not revenue at all — it is the number of items customers collected, counted on the day of pickup. It deliberately matches neither MyProfit’s revenue nor Uzum’s storefront sales.
When commissions and fees are deducted
Uzum’s commission, the logistics fee, and other fees aren’t deducted at the same moment as the sale. So the gross sales total and the amount after all deductions are different numbers at different moments. For the full breakdown, see how profit is calculated.
Sync lag
MyProfit pulls data from Uzum on a schedule, not in real time, so the figures lag by minutes to hours. A fresh order may already be in Uzum but not yet pulled into MyProfit. See how data syncs.
Cancelled orders
MyProfit and Uzum handle cancelled and partially cancelled orders differently, and that also affects the total. If a gap stubbornly persists after the next sync, compare the same period in the same statuses, and contact support if you’re unsure.
Expenses: which day they’re counted on
Uzum creates the advertising charge overnight, already the day after the ads ran — currently at 05:00 Tashkent time. In the Uzum export that row lands on the next day in the «Дата списания» column, while MyProfit assigns it to the day the ads were actually shown. That way ad spend lines up with the same day’s orders on the chart.
Storage works differently — it’s counted on the write-off date, because it’s charged during the day and doesn’t diverge from the Uzum export.
Why the Uzum export is missing the last day’s advertising
This is the most common reason the «Маркетинг» line differs, and it comes from the export itself, not from MyProfit.
The time in the «Дата списания» column is shown in Tashkent time, but the Uzum export applies your date range in UTC — five hours earlier. Since 8 August 2026 Uzum has charged for advertising at exactly 00:00 UTC (05:00 Tashkent). So the charge for ads shown on 31 August is created on 1 September at 00:00 UTC — a few seconds past the end of the August range. It no longer makes it into the August export.
MyProfit assigns that spend to 31 August, because that’s when the ads actually ran. In your export it will appear a month later, in the September one.
What this means in practice: «Маркетинг» for a month in MyProfit is usually higher than the sum of the export rows for that same month — by exactly the last day’s advertising. It isn’t double counting and it isn’t lost money: over a year the totals agree, only the month boundary differs.
If you want to check by hand, open the next month’s export and look for the rows covering the previous month’s last day — they’ll be the first ones there.
Expenses: refunds and compensations
Uzum sometimes returns what it charged earlier — compensating storage, reversing an advertising charge, lifting a fine. In MyProfit those refunds are subtracted from their expense line: «Хранение» shows what Uzum actually kept, not what was originally charged. If you’re adding up the Uzum export rows by hand, remember to subtract the rows of type «Возврат» — otherwise your total will come out higher.
Balance redistribution between shops isn’t counted as an expense: it’s a transfer of your own money, not spending.
