A small gap between MyProfit and your Uzum cabinet is normal. Below are the main reasons the figures may not match. The MyProfit interface is in Russian, so on-screen labels are shown here in quotes.
Different status definitions
MyProfit and Uzum count “a sale” differently. MyProfit treats only bought-out items as realized revenue (the «К выводу» status), while the Uzum cabinet may include other order states in its storefront figures. If the periods and statuses are chosen differently, the totals won’t line up.
When commissions and fees are deducted
Uzum’s commission, the logistics fee, and other fees aren’t deducted at the same moment as the sale. So the gross sales total and the amount after all deductions are different numbers at different moments. For the full breakdown, see how profit is calculated.
Sync lag
MyProfit pulls data from Uzum on a schedule, not in real time, so the figures lag by minutes to hours. A fresh order may already be in Uzum but not yet pulled into MyProfit. See how data syncs.
Cancelled orders
MyProfit and Uzum handle cancelled and partially cancelled orders differently, and that also affects the total. If a gap stubbornly persists after the next sync, compare the same period in the same statuses, and contact support if you’re unsure.
