Reading the profit dashboard

What the dashboard shows

The profit dashboard is the main screen in MyProfit. It collects the key figures for the period you select. The MyProfit interface is in Russian, so on-screen labels are shown here in quotes.

  • The «Заказы» (Orders) chart — the number of orders by day, week, or month.
  • The «Прибыль» (Profit) chart — the sums by day, week, or month. The chart adds up orders across every status, so it is really revenue, not realized net profit.
  • The «Расходы» (Expenses) chart — the period’s costs broken down into logistics, storage, marketing, and other services.
  • The «Сегодня» (Today) cards — two figures for the current day: «Выручка до комиссии» (sales before Uzum’s commission is deducted) and «Выручка» (after commission).

Date range and shop

  • The period selector (Дни / Недели / Месяцы — days / weeks / months) sets the scale and date window for all three charts at once. Change the period and the charts redraw.
  • The per-shop filter appears once two or more shops are connected to the account. You can view one shop or all of them together.

Revenue and profit are different numbers

The dashboard shows revenue, not realized net profit. The «Прибыль» chart adds up sales across every status, so it is the sales total before cost of goods is subtracted. For the net profit per order — what’s left after all deductions — see the «К выводу» column in the sales list. For the full breakdown, see how profit is calculated.

Statuses and realized revenue

Not every order is money in your pocket. The figures are broken down by status:

  • Delivered («К выводу») — realized revenue, the item was bought out.
  • Processing («В обработке») — the order is still in transit, revenue is not confirmed.
  • Cancelled («Отменен») — the order fell through and is not counted in revenue.

Profit is accurate only with cost of goods

Until you enter the purchase cost for each SKU, “profit” does not include the cost of the goods themselves — the number will be overstated. Enter your cost of goods so the dashboard shows real profit: enter purchase cost.
