What is configured here
MyProfit receives a stream of events from Uzum: goods accepted, sold, returned. To distribute them across warehouses it needs to know which warehouse is responsible for what in each shop. That is what this screen sets — one row per shop.
The MyProfit interface is in Russian, so labels are given in quotes: this screen is «Товар» → «Настройки операций». There are five roles, each with its own meaning:
- «Отгрузка на FBO» — the warehouse goods leave from for marketplace intake.
- «Отгрузка FBS» — the warehouse stock is deducted from on an FBS sale.
- «Склад Uzum (зеркало)» — where MyProfit records what the marketplace is holding.
- «Возвраты FBO» and «Возвраты FBS» — where returned goods are booked in.
Why setting this matters
Until a role is assigned, that shop’s events have nowhere to land and MyProfit skips them. From the outside this looks harmless: the interface works, the reports open. But stock starts drifting from reality, and working out where the difference came from later is markedly harder than setting this up once.
The setup is one-time. You come back to it only when a new warehouse or a new shop appears.
What happens after a change
Changing the warehouse in any role triggers a stock recalculation, which takes a few minutes. Until it finishes, the figures on screen may be intermediate.
A change can be applied from a given date or to the entire history. From a date — when you genuinely moved and past movements should stay as they were. To the entire history — when the role was assigned wrongly from the start and the past needs rebuilding.
