What to include
To get sorted out faster, say up front:
- Which shop — the name, or which seller the question is about (especially if you have several shops).
- The approximate dates — the period where you see the discrepancy or problem.
- A screenshot — a picture of the issue: the numbers, the warning, or the error that confused you.
The more specific the question, the faster the answer.
