Quick answers

Below are the questions sellers ask most often. Each has a short answer and a link to the full article. The MyProfit interface is in Russian, so any on-screen labels mentioned in the linked articles are shown there in quotes.

  • My total in MyProfit doesn’t match the Uzum cabinet. This is usually a difference in status definitions, the timing of commission deductions, and sync lag — why your total differs from Uzum.
  • I see a ⚠ unmatched warning on an import. A supplier name isn’t linked to your SKU («Артикул») yet — link it once and future imports match on their own: linking SKUs and matching supplier names.
  • My stock shows a negative number. This is usually not a bug but a signal that a sale synced before you recorded the transfer — FIFO lots and why stock can go negative.
