Before you start
- An active Uzum shop with owner or administrator rights.
- A MyProfit account — if you don’t have one yet, start with creating an account.
Step 1. Get your Uzum API key
- In the Uzum cabinet, open API keys («API-ключи») (Profile (top right) → API-ключи → create) and click Create key («Создать ключ»). The Uzum interface is in Russian, so on-screen labels are shown here in quotes.
- When you create the key, choose which shops it covers and leave it read-only — one key works for all the shops you select.
- Copy the key value — it is shown in full only once.
The key is read-only. MyProfit makes no changes in your Uzum cabinet.
This is the same key you enter when you register your account, so your shops are already connected by the time you first log in. There is no separate “connect a shop” step after registration.
Step 2. Update the key in MyProfit
You only need this step later — when the key has expired, was revoked, or you created a new one and want to replace it.
- Open Settings («Настройки») and go to the Uzum API section.
- Paste the new key in the API key field («Ключ API») and click Save («Сохранить»).
- On success you see Key saved («Ключ сохранён») and the key status reads Key is OK («Ключ в порядке»). MyProfit loads your shops and refreshes the sync — from a few minutes to several hours depending on your history size.
MyProfit loads orders, stock, returns, and the SKU catalog. The shop list refreshes at login and when you save a key.
Multiple shops
This one key already covers all the shops you gave it access to when you created it — you do not add shops one by one. A shop you add on Uzum later appears in MyProfit automatically. Once you have two or more shops, a per-shop filter appears. See multiple shops in one account.
What’s next
- If you moved your shops from a previous Uzum account, bring orders over from your old cabinet. A normal connection does not need this.
- Read the profit dashboard.
- If data stops updating, check your Uzum key.
