Multiple shops in one account

One key covers all your shops

MyProfit puts no limit on the number of shops. One read-only Uzum API key gives MyProfit read access to all the shops that key covers — both existing and new. There is no per-shop connection and nothing to repeat.

You add the key once — how to connect your Uzum shop. Which shops it covers is something you choose when you create the key in the Uzum cabinet. A shop you add on Uzum later appears in MyProfit automatically — at your next login and via a daily refresh.

The per-shop filter

The shop multiselect («Магазины») is always available: on the dashboard, in lists, and in reports you pick which shop to view. The seller filter («Селлер»), on the other hand, appears once you have two or more sellers — it is not needed while there is only one seller. The MyProfit interface is in Russian, so on-screen labels are shown here in quotes.

  • Per-shop view — pick one shop and the numbers show only that shop.
  • Aggregate across shops — with no shop selected, the reports that support it sum the data across all connected shops.

The profit dashboard, sales lists, and stock all support both the per-shop view and the aggregate. Where an aggregate makes no sense for a given report, it works on the selected shop.

One product, different SKU codes per shop

The same physical product is often sold in different shops under different SKU codes (Артикул). MyProfit unifies them into an internal article so that stock, cost of goods, and reports are counted per product, not per marketplace code. How this works and how to link codes by hand — linking SKUs and matching names.

Billing is per seller

The subscription is counted per seller, not per shop and not per user. A seller is the legal entity (with an INN) that owns the shops. Several shops of one seller are covered by a single subscription. See pricing and billing.
