Bring orders over from your old Uzum cabinet

When you need this

The regular sync fully loads the data of your current Uzum account — every order, no matter when you connected the shop. You don’t need to import history for the current account; it arrives on its own.

This import is for one situation only: when you have moved your shops from a previous Uzum account to a new one. The order history left in the previous account cannot be reached with the new account’s API key — this one-time import brings it back.

Where to find it

Open Other («Другое») → Import from the old cabinet («Выгрузка из старого кабинета»). The MyProfit interface is in Russian, so on-screen labels are shown here in quotes.

How to run it

  1. Enter the username and password of your previous Uzum account — the one your shops used to be under — in the «Логин Uzum» and «Пароль Uzum» fields.
  2. Click Start import («Запустить выгрузку»).
  3. Progress updates live on the screen (polled about every 3 seconds) — no need to refresh the page.

The import runs against the shops linked to your MyProfit account. If you have several shops, history is pulled for every shop available to you.

How it finishes

  • A green alert «Выгрузка завершена» (Import finished) — the import succeeded and pulled at least one order.
  • A yellow alert «Заказы не найдены» (No orders found) — no orders were found for your shops under this login. This is not an error: you may have entered the wrong account’s credentials, or the previous account has no orders for these shops.

If the username or password is wrong, MyProfit rejects it up front, before the import starts — fix the credentials and run it again.
